How to use the Ipod FM transmitter
The iPod FM Transmitter is designed for use with a variety of Apply iPods, which include the 4G iPod, iPod Photo, iPod mini, 5G video iPod and the 1st and 2nd generation iPod Nano. To use the iPod FM transmitter, simply insert the device into the charging dock connector of your iPod, which is found at the bottom of the transmitter.
Once your iPod FM transmitter is already connected, a frequency selection will appear on your gadget's screen. By pressing the search buttons, choose the frequency that you prefer. If within a matter of three seconds no selection is made, your iPod will automatically go into play mode. But if you want to go back to the frequency selection option, simply press the search buttons or the memory button.
Tune your FM radio into the frequency similar to your selected frequency on your iPod FM transmitter. Adjust your iPod's volume setting to mid level and set the volume control of your radio to the listening level that you desire.
Hold the memory for about three seconds when storing your selected frequency. Memory stations from 1 to 9 will be highlighted at the top of the screen. Choose which memory station you want the frequency to be assigned to by scrolling the search buttons up and down. Once you have made your selection, hold the memory button for about three seconds.
Press the search buttons to scroll through preset frequencies, when memory stations 1 to 9 are highlighted. Press the memory button if you want to switch between frequency selection and memory stations.
