This isn't to say you won't use more than 2 kinds of fruit but in order to make your tropical punch with an original recipe, you want to make sure your baby shower punch is distinctive. A good way to do this is by making it easy to identify the hosting fruits in the punch.

To break it down, what you will need is:

- 2 pounds each of your favorite 2 fruit combinations
- 1 pound each of 5 different fruit choices
- 3 cups of sweet n low sweetener
- 1 new medium size cooler
- 2 bags of crushed ice from the local store
- 8 gallons of bottled water
- 1 small package of crystal light strawberry mix

How to Make Your Signature Tropical Punch

The first thing you will want to do is to cut up all of your fruit into bite size pieces and then put them aside. Using your new cooler, put 4 gallons of bottled water into it and add half of the crystal light mix. Using clean, gloved hands mix the baby shower punch until the crystal light is dissolved.

Next, add all of the fruit to the baby shower punch. At this point, you may need to add the more water. After this, add 1 bag of ice. Remember that once the fruit has had a chance to stew in the mix it will enhance the taste dramatically, so let the mix sit for at least 4 hours. After 4 hours, taste the mix and then add sweet n low to taste. If need be, add more crystal light but it shouldn't be necessary. And there you have it, your own signature tropical punch for the baby shower!
