The active ingredients in Neutrogena Anti-Cellulite Treatment is a blend of caffeine, seaweed and retinol which helps to smooth out the orange-peel look cellulite gives to the skin on the effected areas of the body. This cream is reputed to work deep under the skin's surface to improve the skin's elasticity and firmness and help reduce that dimpled look of the skin where cellulite has made an appearance.
Neutrogena Anti-Cellulite Treatment is formulated to be an oil-free gel/cream that is compatible with oily and acne prone skin. It absorbs quickly and does not leave an oily reside or make one feel greasy after use.
