At the Start
Before you step onto the course you can practice at the Hill Country golf club practice facility. Here you can work on both your long and short game with a putting green and balls for you to use during your practice session.
If you feel that you need a little instruction there are also lessons and clinics available. No matter you skill level there is definitely something here for you to learn. You can tailor the clinics to your needs so that you get the best out of the lesson.
On the Green
There are three different 9-hole courses at the Hill Country golf club. The oldest course is The Oaks built in 1993 while the newest is The Lakes built in 2005. The Arthur Hills and Associates architectural firm designed all three courses. All the courses have four different tees for different difficulty levels.
The terrain varies on each course to suit different preferences. Whether you would like to play with the challenge of steep hillsides, the relaxing backdrop of rolling meadows, or the peacefulness of shaded woods there is a course here for you.
Besides the beautifully designed courses there are also plenty of facilities at the Hill Country golf club that will make your game an enjoyable one. You can stay in touch with the clubhouse through one of the GPS-equipped golf carts. These golf carts allow you to monitor weather conditions, find out the exact distance between tee off and the green, and you can even keep score with one of these machines.
The Hill Country golf club wants you to have a great game and will do everything possible to make sure that that happens. There really is no better place to start your journey towards setting new challenges for yourself and taking your game to a new level.
