Wild Yam is also a known promoter of fertility in women. A tribe in Africa is reputed to have many twin births because the individuals of this tribe consume large amount of the yam. Wild Yam is said to trigger the release of FSH which stimulates a woman's ovaries to release an egg. In this case, more than one egg is released during the fertile period of the women of the said tribe.
 

Astragals is an herb that is said to promote male sperm motility while Siberian Ginseng acts to enhance and increase the sexual functions of males by stimulating testosterone production.
