In the case of welded windows you need to snap angle to the bottom of the window frame. Check that there is plumb and level. Add shims to the middle of the frame, middle of top and bottom sashes and behind screw holes.
Remove all screw caps and install window by screwing in the screws. Then replace the screw caps. You will need to install insulation around the window between the frame and opening. Be careful about how much installation you use, too much can cause the window to bend later on.
