However, searching online or in the phone book can usually expose a dealer that has the window replacement parts you need. In the rare event the parts simply are not available, a new window may be the only option, or the window may need to remain closed. Unless the frame is damaged however, many times the entire sash can be replaced without the need for expensive total window replacement.
