Last July of 2007 Sony Computer Entertainment released in North America an 80 gigabyte PS3 Blu Ray player that has IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) capabilities.
The most notable feature of the PS3 Blu Ray player is that is does not only play movies, audio files and PS3 video games, it can also play PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games. The PS3 has a 4x Blu Ray Disc drive that can play almost any DVD, Blu Ray Movies and almost any PlayStation games that observes the its TRC or Technical Requirement Checklist.
