Ski Town U.S.A.
Steamboat Ski Resort is so famous for skiing, in many parts of the world it is known simply as Ski Town, U.S.A. The mountain at Steamboat Ski Resort has six peaks: Mt. Werner, Sunshine Peak, Storm Peak, Thunderhead Peak, Pioneer Ridge, and Christie Peak.
The longest run, Why Not, just keeps going for more than three miles. The mountains at Steamboat Ski Resort have 164 trails, almost 3,000 acres, and the longest super pipe in North America.
One way Steamboat Ski Resort keeps its enduring appeal is by constantly improving itself. Current renovations illustrate this philosophy of self improvement.
