Try Water Therapy
Water has a magnificent effect in our lives. Apart from drinking water, we can enjoy both warm and cool baths with the help of water. Mix 2 to3 drops of aromatherapy essential oil in your bathing water and take a refreshing bath. Splash the water all over your body slowly. Try relaxing your mind at the time you are bathing. A bubble bath can also be an ideal option to relax your mind.
