You need 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp of baking powder, salt to taste, 1 cup of soy milk and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients except the liquid ones. Once they are mixed nicely, add soy milk and vegetable oil and prepare a batter. Blend it nicely till it becomes tender. Heat a pan at medium heat. Add the batter into it using a spoon. Flip carefully and cook till it is cooked and becomes stiffened.
