Dip two teaspoons of Eucalyptus leaves to a boiling cup of water, drain and then sip it. You can place a bunch of sage in boiled water and then allow it to cool. Before you go to bed, gargle like you would mouth wash only use this liquid. After you do this before bed for a couple of nights, you'll find that your snoring is noticeably reduced.

While these are snoring home remedies to try, there are things to avoid as well such as alcohol and tranquilizers because they can depress your central nervous system and relax the muscles in your jaw and throat.
