Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN) Review
YPN is by far the second biggest pay per click advertising network behind Google Adsense. It was established after Adsense and still at this point is only available to US publishers.
YPN provide contextual advertisements for use on almost all websites. They are easy to implement ads just like Adsense, with a small snippet of code being pasted on each page.
An advantage of YPN over Google is that they let you choose ad categories to show on your site, rather than having a wide open range of possible ads that can be shown in Adsense blocks. This means that YPN can be used in either custom mode or contextual mode.
Many people have found that the CTR is much lower with YPN compared with Adsense whilst others find YPN to be more successful.
