Hawaii is a sate of the United States of America that enjoys heavy tourism traffic. Hawaii tourism is one of the main sources of income for many residents of the islands. Due to the many natural resources and attractions that are found in the Hawaiian archipelago, the Hawaiian government has made it a point to attract more and more tourists and visitors to the islands using these natural resources.

Many tourists bask under the warm Hawaiian sun so the government ensures that the beaches are clean and are well maintained. Hawaiian tourism has also brought many people over to Hawaii due to the famous Kona coffee and the pineapple plantation. These are very well developed plantations that focus on exports to help the Hawaiian economy.
Other attributes to Hawaiian tourism are the beautiful but wild volcanoes that are scattered all over the islands. The islands themselves were formed due to volcanic activity along the ocean floor. This contributes to the rich and diverse marine life around the archipelago. There are many tours that feature getting up close and personal with an active volcano. These tours bring visitors to see the lava oozing out of the ground and to the immense heat that can be felt when too close to the volcanic source.
Hawaiian tourism is expected to grow more yearly due to the fact that it is quite close to the United States of America where many of its visitors are from. The growth of the Hawaiian tourism is therefore expected to also bring more jobs and income for the people living here.
