It is all about transformation and once you begin yoga your life will change dramatically. You will experience almost instant stress relief, and not only that but yoga also helps to better you physically.

There are actually many types of yoga that one can practice, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar, to name a few of the most popular.

If your stress is particularly serious your doctor may suggest that you begin taking medication, but it is important to realize that this is not a long term solution and should only be used temporarily to help relieve your stress and allow you to cope better.
