As everyone must be aware of, the act of procrastination implies that a person or persons tend to put off doing things that need to be done immediately and instead occupy them with things that may not be so necessary and so it results in delays and missed deadlines and general all-round frustration. There is a pressing need to overcome the problem of depression procrastination because it is a very serious illness that can cause a lot of havoc in the lives of the procrastinator as well as for fellow workers and even friends and family members.
