And, though mental health procrastination affects people of either sex it has been found that out of the twenty-five percent of Americans that procrastinate there are a little more than half that are men who procrastinate and that of them the youth are more prone to procrastinate as compared to their elder counterparts.
Some of the things that contribute to mental health procrastination that we can include are temptation, expediency and the belief that the job cannot be done, though temptation is certainly a huge factor which is also a factor that is becoming worse and the main culprit for becoming tempted it seems is technology. Nevertheless, mental health procrastination has been known from ages ago and is mentioned in much of ancient literature as well.
Another reason why a person may suffer mental health procrastination is because he or she is fearful of doing the job wrong which really requires that the problem is studied further in more detail because once a procrastinator realizes what the reasons for his or her procrastination is the less likely is that person going to continue to procrastinate.
