• Beggars Chicken

• Chou Dou Fu (Smelly Tofu)

The Chou Dou Fu or smelly tofu is very popular in Shanghai. To prepare this Shanghai cuisine, the tofu is fermented with different ingredients before frying it. In spite of the odor, most foreigners and tourists love it. In addition, this dish is very cheap.
