Shanghai railway station continues to serve the city and other areas
China is undeniably a great city and one of the best and cheapest ways to travel would be by train. Shanghai, being its capital and center for business and major operations, has the Shanghai Railway Station that helps its residents and visitors move in, out, and around the area quickly and easily. The Shanghai Railway Station, located in Zhabei on the north side of the city center, was called "The New Railway Station" when it replaced the Shanghai North Railway Station as the main train station of the city, back in the late 20th century.
Shanghai Railway Station services local, regional, and national passengers. It also caters the Beijing-Shanghai railway line. There are several railway lines, trains, and trips. The Shanghai Railway Station has housed these railway lines:
1. Z trains which are the non-stop, deluxe trains traveling between Beijing and Shanghai
2. T trains which are the high speed ones that stop at main stations like Dalian, Beijing, Urumqi, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Hangzhou, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Jinan, Tongling, Tianjin, Taizhou, and Ningbo
3. K trains which are the fast runners to Guiyang, Changsha, Guanzhou, Kunming, Wuhan, Yinchuan, Xining, Nanchang, Zhanjiang, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Yichang, Chongqing, Fuyang, Shenyang, Shijiazhuang, Baotou, Qingdao, Tianjin, Taiyuan, Harbin, and Jilin
4. T52 train or T53 after Xuzhou which takes the longest time to reach its destination - Urumqi
There are several other railway stations around the city that one can choose to go. These are the Shanghai South Railway Station, the MeiLong Staion, the Shanghai West Station, and there's an amazing set of over 70 couples of trains coming from the big surrounding areas of Shanghai.
With Shanghai booming in its industries, businesses, and technologies, it is also updated in its technology, equipment, and systems. It is equally impressive because of the modern and unique set of advanced guiding system, air-conditioned rooms, and auto-staircases.
The Shanghai Railway Station has definitely helped in improving the daily lives of the residents in Shanghai and even those from the other cities. Because of this efficient transportation in Shanghai, it pushed the morale of the businesses in the city and in the country as well. Though the Shanghai South Railway Station has become busy, too, like that of Shanghai Railway Station, the truth is - it is still different - the contributions of the Shanghai Railway Station from the start until now will always be valued by the communities and industries of Shanghai.
