Dealing With Wedding Crashers

A couple of years ago a comedy came out starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson called Wedding Crashers. It was a cute little tale about two guys who like to go to weddings they are not invited to and use the opportunity to meet girls because, in their minds, girls at weddings are the perfect targets. The movie was kind of funny until Will Ferrell came along and ruined it and it started to take some dark and twisted turns, but it took some time to glorify something that is obviously going on in our world today.

Welcome To The Real World

The concept of real life wedding crashers isn't so cute and many times real life wedding crashers aren't there to meet girls, they are there to ruin someone's day by stealing the wedding money or even take a shot at stealing wedding gifts. If you notice wedding crashers then the best thing to do is to let the bride and the groom know and let them have it taken care of.

You can usually tell wedding crashers right away because people at weddings tend to know each other and after a while the wedding crashers will start to stand out. At the very large weddings it is almost impossible to gain entrance without an invitation but yet wedding crashers still try. Look at it this way, if it really was easy to just crash a celebrity wedding then a lot of the celebrity wedding pictures you see wouldn't be taken by a guy dangling from a helicopter. So if the wedding crashers can't get to the high profile weddings then they are going to go for the larger middle to upper class weddings. Once again it is important to identify these guys right away and get them taken care of because more often than not they are there for the money.

It Is Getting Worse These Days

The times have gotten so bad that now people honestly need security for their wedding on top of everything else they have to pay for. Someone has to watch the box where the wedding cards go in case wedding crashers try and run off with it. When you think about it the idea is pretty pathetic. Here is a young couple sharing one of the biggest days of their young lives with their friends and family and here comes some scumbag in a tuxedo that is stealing. The whole thing just screams of someone in desperate need of attention, or a punch in the face.
